From an office lunch for 20 to a wedding for 200, we are dedicated to making your event a flavorful success with bold, slow-smoked barbecue prepared with care and tradition.

We offer two streamlined catering options designed to fit everything from small gatherings to large-scale events.
Place your catering order online just like a regular order — simply provide advance notice so our team can prepare everything properly. This option is ideal for smaller events, office lunches, and planned group meals.
Catering Inquiry For Large Events
Hosting a wedding, corporate function, or major celebration? Submit our Catering Inquiry Form with your event details, including date, guest count, and event type. Our team will coordinate quantities, preparation timelines, and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Rush Order Fees (Applies To Entire Catering Order)
To maintain quality and proper preparation standards:
Orders placed within 1 week of the event → +$50 fee
Orders placed within 2 days of the event → +$75 fee
These fees apply to the total catering order, not per item.
Planning & Preparation Notice
Certain selections require extended preparation time. Some smoked items like brisket need up to 3 days to prepare properly. Large quantity requests — such as multi-pound smoked meats or high-volume party trays (like 10 lbs brisket, 100 wings) — require advance coordination due to preparation time, labor, and smoker capacity.
